Analyst – HR Operations (JLL Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines) JLL is seeking an Analyst – HR Operations to support its Talent Acquisition Team. You will operate under minimal supervision, managing new hire paperwork, background checks, drug screenings, and ensuring a flawless onboarding experience. Responsibilities Support recruiters with new hire paperwork, I‑9 filings, and submission of first paychecks. Initiate and adjudicate background checks and drug screenings. Educate employees, HR partners, and managers on company policies, local procedures, and onboarding processes. Operate across multiple HR platforms and continuously improve onboarding workflows. Provide proactive, solution‑focused support in a fast‑paced, innovative environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. At least 2 years of experience in a corporate HR generalist or recruiting coordinator role. Strong communication skills – written and spoken. Dynamic, organized, and analytical with an ability to manage multiple priorities. Proactive mindset with the willingness to learn and innovate.
