New Coast Hotel Manila is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to become our next Hotel Receptionist. You’ll be the face of our hotel, offering a warm welcome, providing top-notch service, and making each guest’s stay exceptional from the moment they arrive.
Your Role:
As a Hotel Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests feel valued and well-cared-for. In this hybrid position, you’ll not only handle check-ins and guest inquiries but also assist with dining services, ensuring that every guest enjoys seamless experiences throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
First Impressions Matter: Greet guests with a welcoming smile, assist with smooth check-ins, and ensure guests feel immediately at home.
Guest Experience: Provide tailored recommendations for hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options to ensure an unforgettable stay.
Manage Reservations: Handle phone calls, manage guest bookings, and coordinate seating arrangements with precision.
Efficient Service: Assist with serving food and beverages, ensuring that guests are comfortable and attended to promptly.
Guest Concerns: Actively listen to guest feedback, address concerns swiftly, and offer solutions to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with both front desk and dining teams to ensure guests receive cohesive service.
Key Duties:
Food & Beverage Service: Take food and drink orders, communicate them to the kitchen, and deliver meals with excellent presentation.
Upsell with a Smile: Suggest menu items, beverages, and special promotions to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Guest Interaction: Monitor dining areas, refill drinks, clear plates, and anticipate additional guest needs.
Cleanliness & Order: Ensure dining areas and reception spaces are clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
Payment Handling: Process transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all monetary exchanges.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous Experience: Ideally, you have a background in hospitality (reception, waitstaff, or similar roles).
Exceptional Communication: You’re confident, friendly, and professional in all guest interactions.
Multitasking Ability: You excel at juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting without compromising quality.
Team Player: You work well with others and foster a positive atmosphere in the workplace.
Flexible & Reliable: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
Attention to Detail: You’re meticulous with guest service and operational tasks, always aiming for perfection.
Physical Endurance: Comfortable standing for extended periods and moving quickly between tasks.
