Sales Engineer

Job descriptionThe Sales Engineer is responsible for the project development cycle, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and coordinating activities with the necessary departments until project closing and turnover to operations. This includes scoping of additional requirements of existing clients, upsell, and system upgrades.About the RoleDemonstrate an understanding of what the customer will need in terms of on-going service and manage expectations on the customer and sales side.Develop and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations that explain key technical aspects of solutions that will benefit customers and prospects.Provide answers to client questions about our product, servicing, and other technical aspects of the product.Be able to think critically and suggest improvements that might lead to cost savings or other client benefits.Work with the client to problem-solve through every hurdle during the sales process.Lead site visits for properly filtered clients to scope the client’s requirements and project scopeCreating accurate CAD drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions, and site visits considering the requirements of the clients and suggest the best implementation of solar PV for their demandSeamlessly integrating and working with project managers, design consultants, and sub-contractors, to produce and alter drawings.Assist with project turnover to operationsDesign plans for scopingResearch on technological advancementsPerform all other functions and activities as necessaryWhat we’re looking for….Registered Electrical Engineer with a passion for client interaction and sales is preferredMust be analytical, have excellent time management skills, strong communication skills, strong problem solving skills, and keen attention to detailStrong problem identification and objections resolution skillsExceptional verbal communication and presentation skillsWork requires exceptional written communication, verbal communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to communicate and interact with C-level personnelWork requires independence and initiative, self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasmWork requires willingness to travel and to have a flexible scheduleStrong ability to quickly comprehend and explain complex engineering concepts in simple, effective terms.Ability to work in concert with team members to build the most effective presentations that blend technical facts with tangible benefits.Coaching skills to help co-workers quickly understand and explain new and emerging technical concepts.Ability to work in a wide range of software programs that support our business (Excel, PowerPoint, & CAD)Can be a Fresh GraduateWilling to travel time to timeCan speak the dialect (Bisaya/Waray etc.)Benefits:Company Christmas giftCompany eventsFlexible scheduleFlextimeFree parkingHealth insuranceOpportunities for promotionPaid trainingPromotion to permanent employeeTransportation service providedSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeSupplemental Pay:13th month salaryOvertime payAbility to commute/relocate:Cebu City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)Education:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:Sales Engineer: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Bisaya / Waray etc. (Required)
