Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City (Hybrid Setup)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Night Shift (8PM – 5AM)
Type: Full-Time

What You'll Be Doing
As a key player in our marketing team, you'll bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring every campaign delivers impact and ROI. Your responsibilities include:

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEM and paid advertising platforms.

• Budget & KPI Management: Set campaign goals, manage budgets, and align efforts with client objectives.

• Campaign Optimization: Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPC), conduct A/B testing, and refine targeting and content.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with writers, designers, developers, and data analysts to meet campaign goals.

• Team Leadership: Mentor specialists and associates, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.

• Workflow Efficiency: Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and scale campaign operations.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and campaign management

• Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, HubSpot, GA4, and other Martech tools

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable strategies

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Digital Marketing, or related field (preferred)

• Willingness to work onsite twice a week in Ortigas, Pasig City

• Amenable to night shift (8PM–5AM PST)

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience mentoring or managing a team

• Familiarity with platforms like Microsoft Ads, 6sense, and other B2B marketing tools

• Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of digital trends

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
