Healthcare Support Representative

Position Summary: Receiving and processing patient admissions, responding to questions, assisting with the development of an initial plan of care, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties and Responsibilities: Receives and processes patient admission into our agency's EMR system for home health services.Coordinates care by assigning case manager and clinician to ensure 48 hour admission.Follow up on inquiries related to the patient admission and staff availability.Assists in establishing the initial Plan of Care and plotting of tasks to staff schedule.Data Entry using EMR (Kinnser), Secure messages application, Gmail, google, doc, office (Adobe and Excel).Provides outstanding customer service.Answer incoming calls and place outbound calls.Answers intake calls, explaining services, and setting appointments.Scheduling/rescheduling appointments, managing 15+ calendars.Assists nursing, therapists and administrative team as needed.Performs other duties of a similar nature or level. Qualifications: Have finished at least 1 year in Nursing, Medical Technology, or other related fieldPrior BPO or home health experience requiredGood English communication skills both written and spokenMust be willing to handle inbound and outbound calls; strong phone skills are a plusStrong administrative skills accurate typing and spelling are essential to this roleFamiliarity with medical terminologyAbility to work with computers and different software packages (e.g. MS Office)Ability to enter in large amounts of data into systemsReady to take new responsibilities and grow professionallyWilling to ask questions and work as a part of the team, even remotely locatedAvailable for occasional overtime workWilling to start ASAPWilling to work full-time night shiftLooking for a long-term positionAbout SVC: Select VoiceCom is an American and Australian-owned company providing call center services.
