Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience Level:
- 1 to 3 years of experience working in a maritime industry.

Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in various recruiting techniques and employee relations.
- Strong people management skills.
- Knowledgeable in basic Microsoft computer software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to screen candidates effectively.
- A keen eye for detail in all aspects of recruitment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinate and implement effective recruiting strategies.
- Develop relationships with potential candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring process and uploading of seafarer's information in the database.
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants based on company needs and job requirements.
- Work with management to forecast hiring needs and set recruitment goals.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations throughout the recruitment process.
