Job Title: CRM CoordinatorWork Set-up: - Hybrid Work but only after regularization- Work onsite during the first six months of probation periodSalary Budget: Depending on Work ExperienceShift Schedule: Permanent mid-shift and PH holiday workLocation: MandaluyongPlease include the job description of your work experience and consolidate the software & tools used in your CV for paper screening.Job Description:- Utilizing data best practices, internal processes and research to ensure contact and company data are current, complete and correct- Support the BD&M team on building targeted mailing lists and other queries- Support the Marketing Technology Manager in looking for opportunities to automate and streamline processes- Execute and maintain a data clean-up project and contributing to its development with the Marketing Technology Manager- Provide support to regular and ad-hoc reporting across all digital and marketing platforms: website, CRM, email marketing, and social media campaign creation and deployment in line with brand guidelines- Act as back-up and support to users on email marketing- Data entry and updating from various sources into different trackers, spreadsheets and logs- General ad-hoc administrative data marketing and research tasks as required*Job Qualifications:- College degree holder- Strong 2 to 4 years of experience with a CRM system and maintaining data quality- Experience with InterAction and Vuture (required).- Experience with Cirrom database (a contact database system).- Other equivalent apps:(1). Microsoft Dynamics(2) Salesforce(3) Intapp OnePlace(4) Hubspot- Experience in records data processing- Experience in data tidying, standardization/normalization- Strong communication skills- Critical thinkerRECRUITMENT PROCESS1.
