The successful candidate will have experience in Australian real estate, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Adobe Acrobat.

This role involves:

  • Supporting agents with property sales, including contracts, sales files, and property listings.
  • Managing client and property details in the system.
  • Coordinating marketing activities, including photography, floorplans, and copywriting.
  • Booking meetings and appointments for agents.
  • Ensuring compliance with real estate regulations and managing documents.
  • Processing sales trust receipts accurately.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records and databases.
  • Preparing weekly reports for the team.
  • Providing general client support and answering agent inquiries.
