Job Title: Leasing Administrator
Location: Block 7 Lot 5 & 6, Fil-Am Friendship Highway, Cutcut, Angeles City, Pampanga
Reports To: Property Management Department Head
Work Setup: Office-based, Full-time
Responsibilities- Review, draft, and process lease agreements
- Coordinate with tenants regarding property inspections and ensure timely resolution of maintenance concerns
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants—addressing inquiries, lease-related issues, and requests
- Gather and organize lease-related information for contract creation, including payment terms
- Ensure all lease documents are compliant with Australian laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leases and tenant information
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Property Manager
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with tenants and property owners
- High attention to detail for managing records and documentation
- Familiarity with CRM tools or real estate platforms is an advantage
- Interest in the real estate industry and willingness to grow within the field
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant is a plus (but not required)
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, or a related field is a plus (but not required)
- Fresh graduates and senior high school graduates are welcome to apply
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 8-hour day shift
- Monthly salary (to be discussed during the interview)
- 13th month pay

Salary Range: PHP 18,000 - 22,000
