Administrative Coordinator for Real Estate Sales

Admin24Seven seeks a skilled Real Estate Administrative Assistant to assist agents with property sales, client management, marketing, diary management, compliance, trust receipting, database management, reporting, and agent/client support.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Australian real estate, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Adobe Acrobat.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist agents with property sales, including contracts, sales files, and property listings.
- Update client and property details in the system.
- Book and organize photography, floorplans, and copywriting for property listings.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for agents.
- Organize and manage important real estate documents.
- Process sales trust receipts with accuracy.
- Keep records updated and organized.
- Prepare weekly reports for the team.
- Assist agents with inquiries and provide general client support when needed.
