Assistant to the General Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the General Manager.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
• Facilitate communication with Chines-speaking clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Maintain records, files, and confidential information with discretion.
• Support business operations, project coordination, and follow-up tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or coordinator role
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
