About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant for Sales to join our growing team. In this full-time position, you will support the sales department in managing client relationships,  and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. Your contribution will be vital to achieving our company's sales goals and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in in complex sales within the construction or engineering consulting industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
  • With a pleasing personality and professional appearance.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive team player who can work independently when needed.
  • Willing to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Advantage if experienced in coordinating with engineering or construction-related clients.
  • Knows how to commute or can drive (with valid driver's license) is an advantage.
