JOB REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2–3 years of call center or customer service experience
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
At least 1 year experience as a Team Manager in Financial accounts or 2 years' experience being Team Leader in BPO Company
Training and Certification is advantage
Experience in US Financial Services - voice account

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hiring and coaching employees to meet performance expectations
Fostering teamwork and leadership
Deliver client satisfaction, business results, and employee engagement
Ensure legal and policy compliance
Leading a team of up to 20 members
