Position: Mandarin Telemarketing Lead
Industry: Financial Technology Firm
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | Monday to Friday (9am-6pm or 10am-7pm)
Salary: Negotiable
Set-up: Work Onsite

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese applicants who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Open for Undergraduates; a Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- With experience in handling or leading a team.


RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Provide leadership, motivation, and direction to a team of telemarketing agents to achieve defined sales or collections goals and KPIs, ensuring adherence to company policies and superior service quality.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and culturally aware communication with Mandarin clients.
- Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and training to help team members improve their sales techniques, product knowledge, customer engagement, and objection-handling skills.
- Handle Non-Payment Reason Reporting, ensuring all issues are clearly understood and promptly escalated to the Collections Manager.
- Oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly assignment of accounts to agents, as well as the preparation of daily collection reports and shift schedules.
- Manage account allocation, collection reports, and shift scheduling.
