- With proven 3-5 years of experience in a PEZA company
- Proficient in Logistics software and tools
MS Office applications

Analytical and Attention to detail
- With Knowledge in freight forwarding services
- Knows how to drive, with a valid driver’s license

Job Responsibilities:
1. Manages the overall Logistics activities, ensuring efficient and timely delivery
2. Attends to customer concerns pertaining to delivery;
3. Prepares delivery documents such as Sales Invoice. Delivery Receipts, PEZA Forms, BOC Forms, eic;
4. Coordinating and supervising logistics staff, including scheduling and workload management.
5. Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service.
6. Monitoring stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory counts, and making adjustments as needed.
7. Analyze inventory reports to identify slow-moving, fast-moving, or obsolete stock
8. Identifying and resolving issues related to deliveries, inventory, or other logistics processes
9. Maintaining effective communication with carriers, internal and external customers
10. Communicate with purchasing, and sales teams to forecast stock needs
11. Arrange transportation of goods, manages driver’s schedule
