We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Client Acquisition Specialist. The role involves engaging with potential clients through cold calling, scheduling appointments, generating leads, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce company services.
- Set and confirm appointments for client meetings and service presentations.
- Maintain and update client information and call records in the system.
- Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach.
- Provide timely updates and reports on appointment status and lead progress.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and scheduled appointments.
- Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling cold calls and client interactions.
- Ability to generate leads and meet appointment-setting targets.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of the industry is an advantage but not required.
