IT Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
• Learn and apply networking, security, and business applications aligned with company priorities
• Install, configure, optimize and maintain hardware, software and applications
• Provide technical support including troubleshooting, repair and performance optimization
• Conduct configuration tests, debugging and corrective actions for applications and products
• Perform on-site and remote set-up, installation, testing and demonstration independently or with a team
• Utilize user feedback to improve system performance and user experience
• Coordinate with technology partners, service providers, vendors, and colleagues to resolve IT concerns
• Be available for after-office, holiday, or weekend support and accept short-term business travel when required
• Deliver excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of relevant IT experience in systems administration, network management, application support, or a related field
• Experience providing end-user support (hardware, software, and applications)
• Exposure to on-site and remote IT support environments
• Experience coordinating with external vendors, ISPs, and service providers is an advantage
• Knowledge of software development tools (SQL, Linuz, PHP, Java, .NET) is a plus
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as required
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
