The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with HR platforms and a sharp eye for accuracy when handling payroll data, timecard issues, and compliance reports. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for routine HR inquiries when the HR Manager is unavailable, helping keep the HR team organized, responsive, and efficient. What We're Looking For Strong working knowledge of online timekeeping platformsExcellent attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasksFriendly, resourceful communicator who knows when to escalate issuesComfortable handling repetitive tasks, shifting priorities, and managing a to-do list style workflowAble to work independently during off-hours or with minimal supervisionBonus: Experience supporting in-person leadership events or insurance-related HR administration Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Administration Enter, verify, and troubleshoot timekeeping data in PaylocityAssist with weekly/monthly payroll processingMaintain HR documents and compliance reports Employee Support Respond to HR inquiries via Slack and email, including light weekend supportEscalate complex issues to the HR Manager Recruitment & Communications Draft job descriptions and manage postings on platforms like IndeedCoordinate candidate screening schedules with SusannePublish internal HR newsletters and updates Performance & Planning Monitor performance review timelinesSupport leadership events and HR planning initiatives Work Schedule Full-time, 40 hours/weekTuesday & Wednesday: No workMonday & Thursday: 6 hours each, 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM PST (some flexibility)Friday: 8 hours, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (no flexibility; fixed schedule)Saturday & Sunday: 4 hours each, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM PST (some flexibility) Please apply through this application link: https://operationsarmy.com/application
