Job Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Shared Services Associate at our organization, your responsibilities include interview scheduling, administrating candidate assessments, reference checks, recruiting analytics reporting and other Talent Acquisition tasks while ensuring high customer-centricity, data accuracy, and reporting issues to the team are crucial aspects of your role. You'll collaborate with respective stakeholders to enhance the employee experience, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to overall team goals. Additionally, you'll handle ad-hoc TA admin processes to support operational efficiency.
Job Description
- Through CRM and LinkedIn and Web-based sourcing, identify and engage with passive candidates for roles across Tech, Operations and Commercial domains
- Build strong evergreen pipelines of talent, using traditional and creative engagement strategies
- Create market insights and talent maps for our Talent Acquisition team and stakeholders, that will support them in their searches for the right candidate
- Maintain an exceptional level of quality in our data entry in our talent CRM (Greenhouse and Phenom)
- Work on projects that aim to improve the quality and growth of our CRM-based talent pools (aka talent communities) through engineering content creation, activities and events in collaboration with different teams and your peers.
Issue sourcing, talent pool and candidate reports whenever needed
- Ensure customer-centricity and a high standard of communication with internal stakeholders (talent acquisition colleagues) and external stakeholders (candidates).
Ensure stakeholders are updated in a timely manner where appropriate
- Maintain document and record management related to market mappings and candidate pipelines
- Ensure continuous alignment and improvement of sourcing processes and practices across the organization
- Participate in activities related to tasks such as training, audit, and creation and review of Standard Operating Procedure, when applicable.
Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.
Qualifications:
- With a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology and/or related field.
- With at least two (2) years solid and comprehensive experience of the same capacity.
- Has experience and knowledge of TA/HR processes, systems and tools within the various stages of the candidate lifecycle.
- Has proven skills in managing, understanding, execution of Hiring/ERP systems and tools, database functionality and reporting.
- Proficient in Talent and Employee Data Process administration/management.
Competencies:
- Experience with sourcing for talent in different sourcing and engagement platforms, such as CRMs, ATSs (applicant tracking systems) and LinkedIn
Proven ability to apply creative thinking into discovering hidden talent
- Background working either in-house or agency hiring, collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition Teams
- Ability to use data analysis on a daily basis to drive insights into sourcing strategies and talent market mapping
- Collaborate in cross functional projects and initiatives that aim to improve and grow our talent communities
- Great communication, interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders of all levels and senior management
- Has excellent knowledge and experience in Google Suite (Spreadsheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft office systems and tools (ie. excel, word)
- Experience working in a multicultural/matrix and shared services environment
- Has willingness and ability to proactively collaborate and communicate within the team and stakeholders.
- Ability to resolve conflict with integrity and demonstrate high degree of confidentiality and negotiation skills within the scope.
- Analytical and able to translate and communicate statistical data into action.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Structured, accurate, systematic and committed to delivering within deadlines.
- Ability to take initiative and make sound judgments and recommend decisions.

Has good oral and written communication skills.
