About the roleICON is seeking an exceptional HR Compensation and Benefits professional to join our team in Holy Spirit, Quezon City Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation and administration of our employee compensation and benefits programs. This is a key strategic role, with a direct impact on attracting, retaining and motivating top talent at ICON.What you'll be doingConducting market research to benchmark our compensation and benefits offerings against industry standardsDeveloping and implementing effective compensation and benefits strategies that support our business objectives and employee value propositionAdministering all aspects of our compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, bonuses, equity, retirement plans, and health/wellness initiativesCollaborating with the HR team to ensure compensation and benefits are aligned with our talent management initiativesProviding expert guidance and counsel to managers and employees on compensation and benefits policies and proceduresUtilising data analytics to monitor program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvementEnsuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to compensation and benefitsWhat we're looking forBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organizationIn-depth knowledge of compensation planning, job evaluation, pay structures, and benefits administrationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across the organizationHands-on experience with HR information systems and compensation/benefits softwareUp-to-date knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulationsWhat we offerAt ICON, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
