Job Requirements:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree Holder
✨ Open for undergraduate
✨ At least 1 year of work experience as Quality Analyst in a call center setting.
✨ Experience working as Customer Service Representative in BPO industry
✨ Willing to work fully on site
✨Amenable to work at shifting schedule

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Handling inbound and outbound calls, messages and email
✨ Monitoring, evaluating, and improving service quality.
✨ Ensure compliance with company policies, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
✨ Managing and resolving escalations by coordinating with teams and implement quality control processes, perform quality assessments.
✨ Collaborate with team leaders, managers, and trainers to implement quality improvement initiatives.
