National Sales Manager

- Develop and implement a national sales strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and manage regional sales managers and field sales teams to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and untapped markets to expand the company's customer base.
- Manage and optimize distribution channels to ensure product availability and visibility across all consumer touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Product teams to ensure effective campaigns and product positioning.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
- Establish strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Drive digital and omnichannel sales initiatives, ensuring alignment between offline and online strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement sales performance metrics and incentive programs to motivate and retain talent.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years in sales manager or senior sales leadership role.
- Proven experience in the FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop diverse teams.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale sales operations and consistently exceeding targets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required.
- Valid driver's license.
