Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a national sales strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and manage regional sales managers and field sales teams to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and untapped markets to expand the company's customer base.
  • Manage and optimize distribution channels to ensure product availability and visibility across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Product teams to ensure effective campaigns and product positioning.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
  • Establish strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Drive digital and omnichannel sales initiatives, ensuring alignment between offline and online strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement sales performance metrics and incentive programs to motivate and retain talent.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years in sales manager or senior sales leadership role.
  • Proven experience in the FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale sales operations and consistently exceeding targets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as required.
  • Valid driver's license.
