Job Opportunity: Financial Services Representative

This role operates within a fast-paced BPO setting and focuses on providing exceptional, confidential support for a wide range of financial products and services.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School (SHS) Graduate.
Experience:
Minimum of 6 months of BPO/Call Center experience (Voice or Blended).
Experience in a Financial, Banking, or Technical/Complex account is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficient in basic computer navigation and adept at multitasking between various applications/systems.
Communication: Excellent command of the English language—both verbal and written—with a clear, professional speaking voice.
Work Setup: Must be willing to work On-Site (Location to be specified upon application) and be amenable to a permanent employment contract.
Schedule: Flexible to work on shifting schedules (night shift/graveyard, weekends, and holidays) as the account operates 24/7.
