About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at MM Royalcare Marketing Services Inc. in Cebu City, Cebu. This full-time position is responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving inquiries related to our financial services offerings.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Assist customers with account-related questions, transactions, and problem-solving
  3. Provide detailed explanations of financial products and services
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or management, as needed
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 6 Months of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within the financial services industry but not required
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  3. Proficient in English, both verbal and written
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  5. Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  7. Passionate about delivering a positive customer experience
