Job Description

We’re looking for driven and persuasive individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives – Financial. In this role, you’ll handle incoming calls or chats from potential and existing customers, with the aim to understand customer needs, recommend the right services, and close the sale while delivering a great customer experience.

Requirements
  • Education: At least High School or Senior High School graduate
  • Experience: BPO experience is a plus; fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English; confident in engaging with customers
  • Sales & Persuasion: Sales-driven mindset and persuasive skills
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic computer navigation and typing skills
  • Availability: Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Attitude: Goal-oriented and customer-focused
  • Team Spirit: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment
