We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing onsite team If you have a solid background in financial or accounting-related customer service and a passion for helping clients, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Handle client inquiries and provide accurate support for financial accounts through phone, email, or face-to-face communication.
  • Record, update, and maintain client account information with a high level of accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
  • Follow company procedures and compliance policies, especially when handling confidential financial information.
  • Stay updated on financial products, services, processes, and policies to ensure excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer service specifically related to financial or accounting accounts (voice support preferred).
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, terminology, or account-related concerns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable working onsite in a professional office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage sensitive financial information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
