Job Summary: The Sales Engineer will develop new markets for the Powerplant, Electrical cooperatives, and Industrial Plant Substation business. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Duties/Responsibilities: Achieve the KPI (Personal sales budget, target strategy) Develop new business opportunities in Transformer/Switchgear for the Power Plant, Electrical Cooperative, and Industrial Plants and maintain excellent relationships with customers in the Philippines Develop a deep understanding of the company’s technical products or services and the industry and market trends. Develop sales strategies and implement plans to achieve company growth sales targets and profit margins.  Conduct competitor’s analysis vis-à-vis FESP business in the territory.  Drafts or assists with drafting presentations and other documentation and materials that explain products and services to customers. Provides expertise and support to the sales team to communicate products, services, and client needs. Actively involved in commercial and technical discussions with customers with the support of FESP Partners. Gather customers’ requirements and coordinate with the factory on customer’s needs. Conducts solution proposals to prospects and maximizes sales opportunities. Stay updated on competitors’ offerings and industry trends to provide insights and recommendations for staying competitive.  Prepares Monthly sales report for Management review. Performs other duties as assigned. Any other task that may be assigned by the President and the Sales Manager.Qualifications: Possess strong technical knowledge of transformers/switch gears and other industrial automation products and systems. Proven sales track record in Industrial Plant Sales business environment.  Candidates with Multi-National Companies' experience is an advantage.  Candidates with site work experience (e.g., Electrical work, testing, and commissioning, project management, etc.) are preferred.  Have good contact & network of prospective customers/ distributors/ consultants/ contractors in the Philippines. Quick response and reporting. Keep abreast of the industrial market trends. Excellent presentation & negotiation skills. Highly motivated, dynamic, self-driven, and a team player. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Resourceful with the ability to work with people of multi-cultural and cross-function teams. Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Sales acumen and the ability to work effectively with the sales team to meet sales targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.  Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.  Someone from Schneider Electric, ABB, Siemens would be preferrable.English level: BusinessEducation and Experience: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a field related to products and services being sold is preferred. At least three years of related products or sales experience is required.Working Hours: Weekdays - 9 am – 6 pmHolidays: Weekends, Philippine National HolidaysOverview Salary: 40,000 PHP – 90,000 PHP (it is negotiable) Industry: Power Plant, Electrical Cooperative, Steel, Cement, Mining, Petrochemical, Semiconductor, Target age: 28-38 years oldThere are 4 members (3 senior sales and 1 sales engineer)Benefits A Rice Allowance of 2,000 PHP Transportation Allowance of 5,000 PHP Meal allowance up to 600/day Clothing Allowance Competitive Variable Bonus Performance Bonus（There are 5 grades, and depending on one’s performance, it is given to the employees.
