Position Summary

Accountable for building meaningful relationships with Facility Heads in developing initiatives and programs for the site, as well as in the Day-to-Day Operational HR transactions, strengthening Employer-Employee Relations and implementation of Organizational Culture initiatives and Systems. The position shall also ensure that strategic directions are executed on the site level.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Preferably Bachelor's/College Degree in BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Engineering or any related course
  • At least 5 years experience in Human Resource Management
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience
  • Has been involved in compensation studies, employee engagement, or HR technology projects
