As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer. You will perform a variety of administrative tasks that includes but are not limited to managing the calendar for the CEO, travel arrangements and itineraries, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondences, presentations, etc. Ultimately, you will contribute to the business by helping drive efficiency for the Office of the CEO and his leadership teams.

You will:

  • Prepare various internal and external communication materials such as but not limited to memos, emails, presentations, reports, etc.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the processes and ways of working of various teams to provide effective administrative support such as note-taking, organizing and following up on action items.
  • Provide support on document management and identify ways to improve current systems.
  • Provide calendar management support
  • Organize meeting bookings, travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries.
  • Manage reimbursement of expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly expense reports as needed.

You may be a fit if:

  • You have prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant or similar role. Operational experience in a fast-paced, digital product-driven organization is an advantage. Experience in financial services or fintech is preferred.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • You are knowledgeable with different synchronous and asynchronous collaboration tools (Slack, ClickUp, Pitch, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • You demonstrate the ability to manage confidential information
