Description:
- Documents Board's meetings and assist in the preparation of minutes.
- Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings and conferences.
- Distributes minutes or other notes as requested by the Members of the Board and Board-Level Committees.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Performs other general clerical and secretarial duties as requested.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or a related field.
- Combined two years' experience on the same job earned from a reputable firm of related business.
