Customer Service/Business Admin be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing

A Customer Service/Business Admin is expected to:

. Communicate with incoming subscribers and support getting them set up in the program
. Support coaches during sessions over zoom by sharing assets, preparing documents, and following scripts to ensure session goes smoothly and efficiently
. Create and send progress reports to parents reviewing what the session covered
. Set up zoom account, including email and text message reminders
. Respond to subscribers' questions, comments and concerns

What it takes to be part of our team:
. 2-3 years experience as CSR/admin
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
. Confidence with zoom application
. Ability to manage conflict and respond to issues in a timely manner.
