The Client Service Admin I will plan and conduct activities concerned with telephone customer support and dental benefit research activity.

Job Details:
Client Service Admin I
Eastwood Libis, Quezon City (Onsite)

Training Period:
The training will take place from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 3 PM PST

Regular Work Schedule:
Post-training, the working hours will be from Monday to Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM PST Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM.

Selection Procedure:
The recruitment process involves two assessments, followed by a final interview with the client.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming client requests for dental benefits.
  • Handle fax requests in the fax request program.
  • Communicate with clients according to department specifications.
  • Meet department production guidelines.
  • Adhere to quality assurance guidelines.
  • Coping with job stress, getting along with customers and co-workers, accepting criticism, staying alert while on duty.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or a minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals. Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Knowledge of personal computers in a Windows environment.
