PRIVATE BANKING/WEALTH MANAGEMENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall relationship of the Bank with the client, revenue generation and AUM growth
- Develop deep understanding of clients' profiles, offer superior service, and recommend bank products and solutions based on clients' needs and risk appetite
- Prepare and present customized portfolio proposals for clients through allocation of client funds in different products like debt, equity and other asset classes.
- Generate business from existing and potential private banking / wealth management / trust / branch banking clients
- Manage and deepen relationship with existing clients to maintain current portfolio and potentially grow it through client referral
- Sell/cross-sell various bank products and services
- Provide financial advice and regular market & portfolio updates/performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree holder; graduate of any 4-year course
For Junior RMs - at least 3-5 years of experience in sales handling high-net-worth / affluent individuals
For Senior RMs - 6 years and above relevant work experience from private banking / wealth management / Trust / Branch Banking / Insurance covering high-net-worth / affluent individuals
Experience in and deep understanding of various bank and investment products (equities, fixed income, deposits, loans, cash management, etcetera)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
