We are a growing company with a strong and established business engaged in back office, non-voice support for offshore business accounts and we need BUSINESS TRANSCRIPTION SPECIALISTS for our operations in Alabang, Muntinlupa City and in our Cebu office, Mactan.

As BUSINESS TRANSCRIPTION SPECIALISTS, your job is to:

Transcribe audio files into an online web interface with high level of quality and attention to detail;Research, analyze, and update data management lists with a keen eye for safeguarding the integrity of the data;Communicate with clients via e-mail and telephone when the need arises;Be goal-driven—adhere to company quality and efficiency standards;Be a positive advocate for the causes of the company; andBe IN THE GAME—with a mindset to do whatever it takes to get the job done The Really Good People for this job have to have: EXCELLENT English comprehension and communication skills—a good command of English, both verbal and written;STRONG research skills—the ability to use available reference tools and exhaust all resources to ensure the accuracy of the transcript;Analytical skills—the ability to visualize, articulate, conceptualize, or solve both complex and simple problems by making decisions that are logical given the information available;Typing skills at a minimum speed of 30 AWPM (Adjusted Words per Minute);At least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field;Transcription experience, a big plus but not required; andThe willingness to work at the closing hours of the US business time, or mostly at about 4 am, Tuesday to Saturday with fixed days off and certain US holidays off.Must be willing to work on our office site in Alabang, Muntinlupa or Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
