Area / Territory Sales Leader (Visayas): Modern Trade (For Pooling)

We are pooling for a passionate Area / Territory Sales Leader who will possibly lead our entire Visayas Modern Trade Team Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Director for Modern Trade, the candidate will be responsible for building the company's business in the Key Accounts/Supermarkets/Wholesalers, Sub Distributors, and all other potential accounts in the assigned area. The candidate shall coordinate and implement marketing and sales strategies, marketing plans, directions, and/or policies to achieve business objectives in the area as well as implement and manage information and/or data analysis that will aid in better business strategies and other business building activities.
The Area / Territory Sales Leader shall lead, motivate and coach his/her Key Accounts team as well as formulate and monitor their KPIs towards achievement of Sales Targets and Company Objectives. To qualify, candidates must strictly have:

A 4-year College Degree in Business/Economics/Marketing or related field from a reputable UniversityAt least 4-year experience in Modern Trade Account Management.At least 2-year experience as Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager / District Business Development Manager or equivalent experience from a principal FMCG Company.Strong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong skills in data-based analysis and strategic thinkingStrong negotiation and presentation skillsStrong decision-making skills and highly efficient staff leadership skillsPreferably from Cebu.
