Principal Purpose(s):

The Territorial Distributor Supervisor builds strong working relationships, manages salesmen, implements company policies, and trains and improves subordinates' performance.

Job Responsibilities:

Guides subordinates in achieving business goals.Establishes a course of action to attain specific goals, plans, and properly allocates assignments to personnel.Effectively and efficiently manages subordinates by assigning duties to the appropriate individuals.Conducts training and development programs to enhance subordinates' skills and competencies.Identifies problems and their causes, gathers relevant information, and develops alternative courses of action for decision-making.Evaluates the performance of sales personnel.Regularly visits stores to check stock levels.Addresses customer and client concerns.Opens new accounts within the assigned area.Visits the head offices of outlets to introduce new products, negotiate terms, and discuss promotional support.
