About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management and Reporting: Manage and report on benefits data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Data Entry and Validation: Enter and validate benefits data, using agreed-upon tools, standards, and techniques.
  • Project and Transaction Management: Manage projects and transactions related to benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Client Support: Provide excellent client service, supporting clients with benefits administration, policy renewals, and claims management.

Requirements:
