Anaplan Analyst

Deloitte seeks an Anaplan Analyst to drive functional excellence in human resources, finance, and operational units, positioning the organization for sustainable growth and success.

As an Anaplan Analyst, you will assist in the delivery of large and complex end-to-end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, and build, testing, business readiness, and training material preparation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging with business users to gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable Anaplan solutions.
• Designing and developing Anaplan models, utilizing best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Anaplan with other systems.
• Presenting complex technical concepts and ideas in business, management, and project meetings.
• Ensuring the implementation of a robust framework of controls and governance across the Anaplan landscape.
• Enabling end-users to engage with the models by incorporating dashboards and visualization.
• Fully documenting all process and technical deliverables.

Key experience and capabilities include:

• Good financial acumen.
• Ability to communicate complex / technical issues to non-technical audiences.
• Strong ability to provide well-conceived, clearly articulated, pragmatic solutions and recommendations to complex business problems.
• Individuals with a demonstrable aptitude for learning, exemplary communication skills (both written and verbal).
