Job Summary: The Pioneer Group seeks a skilled IT professional to manage and maintain end-user computing resources, ensuring optimal performance and efficient use of computing resources.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, analyzing, creating, operating, administering, maintaining and supporting all activities related to end-user computing resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administers and coordinates the installation and maintenance of end-user resources, including personal computers, notebooks, laptops, printers and related software.
- Conducts upgrades, patches and fixes to current release levels for all end-user resources.
- Maintains end-user access to primary corporate computing resources and services in coordination with other IT personnel.
- Monitors end-user computing resource utilization and tracks hardware and software resources required for primary computing services.
- Communicates changes in implementation strategy, usage standards, product releases or fixes to superiors and issues advisories and bulletins to end-users.
- Provides reportorial requirements for end-user computing resources supported and coordinates with external manufacturers/providers for acquisition and servicing of end-user computing resources.
- Assumes overall authority over end-user computing resources security and assists in granting or removing access to corporate applications and services.
- Maintains and updates records of hardware and software specifications, end-user assignments and related information.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a bachelor's degree course in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics.
- Knowledgeable in Windows/Linux Operating System and MS Office/Office 365.
- Fresh graduates or those with at least 1 year of related experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
