The Training Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing the required training solutions based on the performance gaps of the group as well as enforces the overall R1 RCM training standards set by Global Technical Learning. This role provides a full range of training support including content development, consultation on delivery methods and training support materials, and the delivery of training initiatives and programs for 2 respective business divisions. The position also serves as supervisor to on-site Trainers.

In this role, the successful candidate will oversee a team of learning professionals that support multiple business lines. The Training lead is responsible for all managerial responsibilities for training staff in addition to overseeing the success of the business-specific training programs. This position will report to the manager or director level.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and facilitate training (as needed) for assigned business division; includes design documents, work plans, facilitator and participant guides, presentation decks, job aids, and evaluations.Works with Training Manager and operations in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, evaluating, and maintaining training programs based on learning needs.Enforces training processes and templates based on approved Global Technical Learning standards that enhance and facilitate learning and performance improvement.Builds and maintains effective working relationships with Operations, Training Manager, and Training teams through consistent communications.Supervises on-site Trainers, Curriculum Developers, or other assigned learning roles. Provides coaching, feedback, and personal development for a teamMaintains business divisions training records.Schedule all various related training preparations, including coordinating training rooms, equipment, catering, and travel arrangements.Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each training session and look for opportunities to improve future training.Provides the necessary assistance to the Global Technical Learning with a high level of integrity, strong organizational skills, and professionalism.Manages the master schedule for respective areas of training.Reports annual training results to training manager. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience3-5 years demonstrated success in training development and delivery (both classroom and distance learning) that supports performance expectations.1-2 years of performing supervisorial duties including but not limited to personal development, time management, and providing consistent feedback.Previous revenue cycle experience.Ability to interpret Revenue Cycle workflows, processes, and terminologyExperience designing and developing healthcare, revenue cycle, call center or customer service corporate training programsTraining Development Software ExperienceComputer literacy skills, including Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Office productsEnhanced communication and customer service skills
