The Role

The Hotel Chains Coordinator plays a key role in monitoring and providing data to the chain team to ensure that availability, inventory and rate plans are aligned as per chain agreements.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure assigned hotels/chain properties are live and bookable conducting quality auditing of properties.Actively monitor hotels/chains availability, that rate plans are live and promotions are available as per chain agreements.Investigate potential issues with rate plans/availability/ promotions and escalate to the appropriate team where necessary. Identify any properties missing/removed from rates plans and liaise with Yield Manager to review with hotels/chains.Checking competitiveness of chains and reporting the data to internal stakeholders.Run and analyse reports as requested by Management.Assist Global Head of Chains as and when requiredSupport with ad hoc projects. Knowledge, Skills & Experience/Core requirements
Fluency in English (spoken & written) mandatory.Excellent data collection and analysis skills; Strong attention to detailAbility to prioritise, communicate in a clear manner and deliver according to deadlines.Driven to succeed with a professional 'can do' attitude and work ethic.Team player, able to work effectively within a fast growing and changing organizationAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with all internal stakeholdersIT proficiency including good working knowledge of Microsoft office.Tourism background (preferable).Knowledge of hotel distribution would be an advantage The Deal
