Position Summary:
The Vendor Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services. This role involves negotiating contracts, managing vendor performance, and ensuring alignment with ByteBridge's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of supply chain management, and the ability to foster long-term partnerships.
Essential Functions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with vendors.Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.Coordinate with internal departments to align vendor services with company needs.Resolve any issues or disputes with vendors promptly and effectively.Evaluate vendor performance and conduct regular reviews to assess their contributions to ByteBridge's goals.Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.Manage the vendor onboarding process, including documentation and complianceCollaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless vendor integration.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging vendors to enhance the vendor portfolio. Additional DutiesAssist in the development of vendor management policies and procedures.Participate in cross-functional teams to support company projects and initiatives.Prepare and present reports on vendor performance and relationship status to senior management.Support vendor training and development programs.
