Admin Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Officer to manage accounting records, inventory, and operations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1-2 years of experience in accounting, inventory management, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and financial statements.
- Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, and conducting regular audits.
- Support operations by coordinating schedules and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to financial and operational performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage data entry and documentation with a high level of precision.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in accounting, inventory management, or operations support.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
