Job Summary: We seek a Building Admin and Safety Officer to ensure building safety, maintenance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- College graduate in Engineering (ME/CE/EE/IE) with at least 2 years of experience as Building Admin and Safety Officer.
- Physically fit and knowledgeable of Building Codes and Safety Regulations.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to set and meet goals.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and detailed-oriented with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ensure building safety, maintenance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Help reduce utility expenses and maintain cleanliness within the building premises.
- Ensure company compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- College graduate in Engineering (ME/CE/EE/IE).
- At least 2 years of experience as Building Admin and Safety Officer.
- Physically fit.
