Your Role:

As a Sales and Product Administrator, you will:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including tracking orders, and updating customer informationCoordinate with sales team members to ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfillmentAssist with product management tasks, such as updating product information, inventory tracking, and coordinating product assetsCommunicate with customers regarding order status, product inquiries, and issue resolutionSupport sales team members with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination of sales and product activities What You Need: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field2+ years of experience in sales support, product administration, or a similar roleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize tasks, work efficiently, and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Experience in e-commerce sales support or product managementKnowledge of inventory management systems and order processing proceduresFamiliarity with sales and product analytics toolsUnderstanding of basic sales and marketing principles About MicroSourcing
