As an Administrative Support Assistant, you are an initiative-taker with exceptional organizational skills, thriving on independent or team-based work. You will support the Human Resources leadership team, manage travel arrangements, oversee administrative duties, coordinate scheduling, plan events, execute expense reporting, and arrange presentations. You will create MS Teams sites and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Human Resources leadership team
  • Manage travel arrangements and provide itineraries
  • Oversee administrative duties, meeting planning, and correspondence
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management
  • Organize team communications and plan events
  • Execute expense reporting and reviews through Certify
  • Arrange presentations and maintain minutes
  • Create MS Teams sites

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting executives
  • Problem-solving and time management skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Confidentiality and respect for people
  • Ability to handle frequent changes and follow policies
  • Advanced computer skills and strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite
