Human Resources Assistant

At Executive Optical, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. As an HR Intern, you will play a vital role in assisting with various tasks related to managing employee relations, recruitment, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings on job boards and company websites, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records in HR databases or filing systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal requirements.
- HR Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing files.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence: Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Training and Development: Assist in coordinating and organizing training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
- Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Payroll Support: Help with the preparation and processing of payroll by verifying timesheets and assisting with data entry.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in gathering and analyzing HR data for reports, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment metrics.
- Studying BS in Psychology or any related program.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Qualified students must have the documentation listed below readily available:
- Application letter addressed to the HRD Recruitment - Corporate.
- Student's signed Curriculum Vitae/ Resume.
- Signed School Endorsement.
- Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) or Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), signed by the authorized school representative.
- Notarized written consent with valid ID from his/her parents or legal guardian.
- Copies of the following school documents:
- A scanned copy of the School Identification Card.
- Proof of School Registration/ Enrollment with Class Schedule (Current Semester).
CORPORATE OFFICE: Qualified students may choose the Corporate office location where they are willing to be assigned.
