Job Description
Frontline representative to support Company's customers via Phone, Email, and/or ChatDemonstrate strong customer service skills to optimize the experience for each customer contactAbility to empathize and relate to customers even during difficult conversationsWalk the customer through websites, customer-facing platforms, and tools to complete desired actionsPerform accurate diagnosis of inquiries and provide appropriate solutions/responses based on defined proceduresUse appropriate systems and available resources as necessary to assist in responding to each request Other Details: Contract Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension/absorptionShift Schedule: US or Nightshift ScheduleSite Location: McKinley Taguig, Manila Qualifications: Open for 2 year vocational graduates / SHS graduates / at least 2 years college undergraduateAt least a year experience in BPOMust have good communication skills both written and verbalMust be amenable to work onsite (Taguig)Must be willing to accept project based for 6 monthsCan start on August 12, 2024 APPLY NOW APPLY NOW-
