The Technical Sector Manager for Rockfall is responsible for supervising assigned personnel and for assisting the BU Head in providing technical and design support, project lead and submission of proposals for the full range of products under the rockfall sector. He works in coordination with BD Executives and Sales Engineers to identify business opportunities or strategic partnerships that represents potential for growth.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the coordination and collaboration with Consultants and Designers in prescribing company specifications in prospective projects. Responsible for the coordination with clients regarding Consultant's requirements such as Testing, Mill Certificate, etc. Responsible for providing design assistance for projects under development and other related aspects. Visit project sites to provide technical assistance and support at the construction stage for our materials. Be fully aware of the technical and commercial attributes of competitor products and systems. Protect and maintain the company's commercial interests in offering solutions to the market. Be capable of carrying out detailed design work on company's core range of solutions. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Develop technical skills needed to help in providing assistance and engineering solutions to customers. Establish credibility in representing the company in all engagements. Participate and be active in Professional Rockfall Engineering Organizations. Maintain and develop relationships within the group. Maintain a high level of up-to-date technical competence in related fields Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related discipline Licensed Civil Engineer Has extensive knowledge of geology and civil engineering. Good interpersonal relations and communication skills. At least 10 years work experience At least 5 years of technical/ relevant experience related to the job At least 5 years of experience in construction related industries. Experience with DPWH and government projects is desirable, but not required. Must have ability to organize, implement and direct operations and activities of the BU Must have technical skills, job experience and university education relevant Work Setup: Onsite
