As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing phone communications, handling paperwork, and conducting pre-screening interviews. If you have exceptional English skills and a passion for administrative work, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize paperwork, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to identify potential candidates for various roles.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the CEO.
- Assist with general office duties, such as purchasing supplies.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Xero bookkeeping software.
- Experience in conducting pre-screen interviews or human resources.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
