Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize paperwork, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews to identify potential candidates for various roles.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the CEO.
  • Assist with general office duties, such as purchasing supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Xero bookkeeping software.
